Join us for our third ‘Coffee & Comms’ online gathering, as we welcome Helen White to chat with us about revitalising newsletters, websites and other forms of communication.
‘Coffee & Comms’ is a new informal series of Zoom gatherings for spotlighting some of the interesting, creative and excellent communications work being done by Unitarian congregations and sharing best practice with those who’d like to learn and up their game.
Our gatherings are hosted by Rev. Rory Castle Jones (Unitarian Communications Officer) and Lizzie Kingston-Harrison (Unitarian Congregational Connections Lead).
Our sessions are open to all – so make yourself a cuppa, settle down in front of your computer screen, and get ready to connect with great people and great work being done across our denomination and beyond.
Helen White is a graphic designer with a degree in Visual Communication – Graphic Design from Brighton Art School. She gained employment as a graphic designer in the three P’s – publishing, the private and public sectors and now runs a freelance design company. For the past five years, Helen has also worked for the London Unitarian district and part of her role has been to revitalise their communications, including newsletters, web and social media presence. Helen has been a member of Brighton Unitarian Church since 2010 and volunteers as their secretary and graphic designer.
